First Day of School Pictures...Yeah!!

Okay, here are the pictures. They are in a complete random order. I tried to organize them at first but...it didn't work. Anyway, it's great to be back or should I say it is great to have the kids back at school!!!! It was a fun first day. I seem to have more pictures of Tristan because he is at my school and I see him throughout the day. Anyway!!! Enjoy!!!

Here is T-Dog at lunch. He was excited to buy lunch. Look at his milk carton. All sides are open because he couldn't open just one end. We'll have to work on that.
Here is the first day of school outfit that I really wanted to wear, but my principal made us all wear our new school shirts. So....this was my 2nd day of school outfit.
I put this picture on here because Jason took this picture and when we both looked at it....we thought oh-my-gosh I look like Terri. It was weird when I looked at it.
Anyway....then when I took off my glasses...cuz I don't always have to wear them...I don't look as much like Terri.
Here is Alex and her 4th grade teacher, Mr. Rosensteel. He is great!!! I think that she is going to have a fun year. Everyone keeps telling her that she is lucky because he is the best one there. Alex was really nervous because she got rezoned this year to this new school.

Here is the picture of my Kindergarten co-workers. Karen, Tamara (Tristan's Teacher), me, and Kristine. I totally love who I work with. They are all so fun and great friends!!!
Here is a picture of me infront of my classroom wall.
Here is a picture of Tristan and the Dr. Dobry the principal. She is an awesome principal. I will never leave this school. It is the best place to be!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Here is a picture of Tristan (after school) on the first day. He was eating a snack in my classroom. As you can tell....it is still messy. I am still unpacking boxes. We moved into this new building this year. Our other building was about 54 years old....so this new building is awesome!!
Here is a picture of Kaleb and his preschool teachers. Ms. Boyd (new teacher), Ms. Bossy (has been with her since he was not even 2)(the owner's daughter of Montessori), Ms. Clem (new teacher). He seems really happy. It is a big change for him this year. Tristan left for my school and his cousins (Taylor and Andrew) moved to Missouri. He has been in a preschool class with all the Frayers since he was a baby. Andrew was even in his infant class. So, we did not know how this year was going to be. His teacher said that his behavior has been excellent in class :) I can't believe that. Maybe it is good he has no family in his class this year. Hopefully this will be a good year!!!!
Here is a picture of Kaleb, Alex, and Tristan ready for the first day of school. We had to take the picture at 6:30 in the morning since T-Dog has to leave with me in the morning. I have to report at 7:10 every morning.
Here is a closer up picture. Kaleb has a strange look on his face. It is almost like he is trying really hard to fake being excited about going back to school. (Who knows?)
Here is a picture of me (in my school shirt...not the one I really wanted to wear) and Tristan. He also has a funny look on his face.
Tristan has his backpack on and he is ready to leave. He was a little nervous, since he has been with the Montessori schools since he was 6 weeks old. He has moved up through the years and classrooms with the same kids. This is a big change for him too.
This is Tristan and Mrs. Tilley (his Kindergarten teacher). I couldn't get him to smile his huge smile he usually does. This was it. I took a few pictures...but this is what they all ended up looking like. He has a very nervous look on his face.

Bunch of Random pictures!

So the summer was fun, however I think that going back to school is good!! I can't believe that I would let those words come out of my mouth. Kaleb has worn me out this summer. His new name is TROUBLE!! I should have his name engraved on the time out bench! One of his recent incidences was....now that he got his new haircut...he is very vain!! If anyone touches his hair he goes and gets the gel, spray bottle, and comb. He is always fixing his mohawk. He loves to gel it into a mohawk. Anyway....someone must have touched his hair and he felt the need to fix it....however he doesn't know how to read yet. So, when he took out "what he thought was gel" and put it into his hair, he was mortified when I came in and said..."why are you putting Desatin in your hair?" He stopped and looked at it and if you could have seen the look on his face. He said, "for my butt?" I said yes! The bottle was blue like his gel bottle. Needless to say we put the gel up high now. Anyway, the next posts will be about school!

Kaleb and Giselle. She tortures her but Giselle will still come and lay down by him (usually she runs away from Kaleb when he has toys in his hands like the one in his hand now (a plastic sword).
Tristan crashed by the end of the day! He was sooo tired!! No nap in the day brings this on in the early evening!!
/Ame thing for kaleb....no nap means this in the early evening!
Again!!! This time sitting up!!!
And this time hanging upside down with a toy in his hand!!! There were many more sleep positions....I wish I would have starting photograhing them. These were all taken before school started. I am a little behind!

Memories I am Behind in Blogging!

It has been requested that we put pictures of our house finished. Here is the night time view with the outside lights on. These are our new steps and pillars (with lights).

Here is the new front patio...with our shepards handle lights standing around areas. (kinda hidden by the tree and sign (the company wanted to advertise in our yard for a little while)
Here is the same front patio...but from a different angle. (You can see the shepards handle lights)

Here is the other side of the house...there is a light at the base of the tree but for some reason you cant see how bright it is in the picture.

Here is a front view of the steps (walkway area)

Here is kind of a side view of the other side of the house. We are very pleased with the new yard. Anyway...thanks for asking to see the finished product. Next is a pool........ :)

Kaleb loves to dress up in Alex's play stuff and he thinks it is really funny when he dolls himself up!!
I talked Alex into cutting her hair. She has had long hair all her life and it is about time for a change. The lady cut her hair so that she could flip it up or under. She absolutely loves it!!! Good thing because it took me forever to talk her into it and we looked at a million hairdo pictures. Whew!!
Here is a back view of it. She is learning to use a curl brush, hairdryer, and soon....a curling iron. Yikes!!
Here is a picture of all the kids after they got thier hair cut. Kaleb loves his hair to be a little mo-hawk ontop of his head. Kaleb was so obsessed with his hair...that he got upset if anyone touched his head. In the shower that night he got mad at me for wanting to wash their hair!! Then the next day....I caught him trying to put Desitin in his hair because it looks just like his gel bottle. He had only just began....whew! He has been running around with the brush...telling people to not mess it up. As soon as he wakes up, before he goes anywhere, and before bed he thinks he needs to brush it. I love it!! T-dog likes his new style too! It's suppose to be a little of the messy look. And then there's sweet Alex. She feels very pretty. (Ahhh...my little girl is growing up!) Kaleb wanted to show his cousin Andrew his new hair cut, but what he does not understand is that Andrew has now moved to Missouri. He just doesn't get it. I told him we would take a picture of their new haircut and put it on our blog.

Here is a picture of Andrew, Tristan, Alex, Taylor, and Kaleb before mandy, Andrew, and Taylor got into the car and left for Missouri. The kids were so sad. Alex cried and cried and then when we got home she cried some more. :(
Here is me and mandy...before they left. We went over in the morning to eat one more breakfast wit them and to do lots of hugs.
Here is a cute family picture. Scotty is not leaving Vegas yet. He doesn't have a job in Missouri, but mandy does....so Mandy left with the kids and scott will soon follow (as soon as he has a job).
Alex is very excited to take care of Taylor's Hermit Crab. They couldn't take it on the move.
Here is a picture of the crab's little habitat. It's a very low maintenance pet!!

Stratford Family Reunion

Okay...here are alot of family reunion pictures and they are all out of order...so while you are looking at them...just remember that I was too tired to sort them in the right order. We had so much fun at the reunion. I love all of you and I am very happy to spend time with all my immediate and extended family!! And yes...my husband loved it a ton too and he is very happy that he was finally able to get it off work and come!!!! yeah!!!! Thank you Grandpa for letting us stay in the cabin and thankyou Uncle Keith for arranging that for me!!!

We tried to get all the kids infront of the Stratford sign for a picture. It was hard to get everyone to smile.
Somehow baby Teave got left out of the picture (so sad!)
Julie and Tami on our walk (Julie's pushing a stroller with her friends baby in it).

Everyone (except me...cuz I am taking the pictures) on a walk around the neighborhood at the cabin.
We stopped to take another cute picture of all the kids. This time we didn't forget Teave.
Here is a sister picture (Julie, me, Terri, and Tami).
The kids were amazed that there were lambies in someone's yard.
It was late at night and we were playing with the camera...Terri and Julie were putting their best face on for me.
This is what happens when you go to sleep first...and me...who has the camera...goes to sleep last. (Kaleo, Stevie in the middle, and then Tami)
Shhh!!! Tami sleeping so quietly! (don't be mad...it's a cute picture)
Grandma Jo loves to give cookies to the grandkids in the morning...before Breakfast...just because she can because she is "the Grandma".
Cute picture of Papa Wally and Alex
Here is Silver on the top bunk...the same night I took night pictures.
Kaleb started out in the bed and later on when I went and checked on him...he ended up somewhere else (another picture will show it). He was on the bottom bunk.
Here is Alanna (I know I never spell it right) sleeping at one end of the bottom bunk and....
Here is Mia on the other end of the bottom bunk. (They were both short enough to share one bed)
Alex got the top bunk. She was so hot that night that she slept without a sheet and she dug out one of her tank tops that she brought. She didn't think she'd ever fall asleep...but I have proof.
Here we are at the pizza place with a bunch of cousins!! It was really fun!! Here is a picture of Kaleb a little bit before he fell dead asleep and didn't eat any pizza.
Cousins playing around....till the pizza came!
Again....the same night I snuck around and took pictures...except this is where they fell asleep first before they went to the bed. This is a typical picture of the Teriipaia couple (asleep)!
And of course...my hubby...this was his vacation from work and he took advantage by going to sleep early too!
Terri of course was not asleep because she had to stay up....baby Teave was going to be waking up soon for food....so she figured that it would be pointless to go to bed when he was going to be cryin' soon! (Terri...do you like that I posted this picture...haha :)

Silver blowing bubbles!! It took a long time to get to this part of swimming!! Good job!!
Tristan playing around with the kick board! (He has to have those goggles...he bought them with his chore money)
Terri and Teave sat under this tree the whole time we swam....whew!! I would be dying of the heat!! So...Silver came to pose with her...how cute!
Alex and Allanna (I know I spelled it different this time) at the Pizza place.
Here is a cute picture of all the cousins...except for Alex cuz she went to the bathroom at the wrong time.

Grandma Jo (mom) got so hot that she jumped in with her clothes on and she was playing with all the kids in the pool.
The kids were having a kicking contest that Jay was juding...of course they all won!
Cute photo of Grandma Jo and kids...except we are missing...Stevie, Elijah, and of course Teave.
Silver playing around with the kickboard.
Kaleb kicking around the pool....he also has to have his goggles...he also bought them with his chore money.

Ya'll look so cute!!!
We love you Grandpa!!!
Kaleo playing around!!
Jay swimming with the kids!
The sleepy couple is awake...good thing since they are in the pool...just kidding you guys look so cute!!

Lori...I couldn't get you to turn around!!!
This is Silver before he was willing to go into the water!
We love you girls!!! You're lookin' so cute!!!
Having fun in the water Shane!
Terri and Teave in the shade...watching everyone swim. Teave doesn't look very happy...maybe he wants to go swimming too.
I love this picture of Jay playing shark in the water with Tristan.
Kaleb having fun!!
Kaleo and Alex doing flips in the water!
Look my cousin Lori has her back to the camera again!
Smile boys!! Don't they look alike! (Jay and T-Dog)

Here is the picture of Kaleb that same night...remember he started out in bed and then later I went to check on him and he was not in his bed. It freaked me out cuz it was dark in there and i couldn't see him anywhere until I got closer and realized he had rolled under the opposite bunk bed. Crazy kid!
Tristan changed positions a million times...I was afraid he was going to fall off.
Tristan loves his new swimming floatie...because he can use his arms to swim better without the big bubble floaties on his arms.
More pool fun!
Even more pool fun!

Here is the cutest video of Grandma Jo playing Ring-around-the-Rosies with the kids in the pool. She just couldn't stay out of the water in the heat...so in she went with her regular clothes on. It had my kids + Terri's + one of Tami's + cute little Cooper. (Alex and Cooper get along so well!! I am so glad that they are the same age since so many of the cousins are much younger than her).
